You can enjoy a Spanish course in Tenerife, in the Canary Islands, at any time of year! With an average year round temperature of 24 degrees, beautiful beaches and warm, clear water, you can really make the most of life outdoors! The island’s consistent surf and varied trade winds make it an ideal place to learn to surf, windsurf or kite surf. Tenerife’s unusual natural beauty and volcanic landscape also make it a particularly rewarding place in which to hike! Many of our students who learn Spanish in Tenerife combine Spanish with trekking, surfing, windsurfing, in their free time.

Known as the ‘Island of Eternal Spring’, Tenerife has an average year round temperature of 23 degrees, so you can enjoy activities such as sailing, surfing and windsurfing at any time of year! Tenerife ’s clear blue waters are not only a great place to surf – if you look carefully, you can also spot pilot whales and bottlenose dolphins!
Don’t forget to try some of the local food during your Spanish course in Tenerife – the island is known for producing simple food which is full of flavour. From seafood, local cheeses and honey, to delicious desserts such as the cinnamon-flavoured huevos moles, you’ll be spoilt for choice!
