Yoga classes in Barcelona ~ online or in person

I am a passionate 29 year-old warrior, who just moved to Barcelona and want to share with you this beautiful journey, teaching every friday 7PM with one of my DJ's friends. Contact me for more info :)

From the very beginning, yoga inspired me to be my best version, to evolve and love myself and everyone around as I never did before. Yoga taught me to show up authentically without the need to belong, to choose self-expression over self-denial and embrace who I truly am instead of what others want me to be, life became truly magical, fulfilling, fun and most of all REAL.
I believe that each and every person on Earth was put here with their own unique gifts and abilities or what I like to call “our medicine”. We are all here to be, share and express ourselves in a way that no one else has or ever could!

On our classes I will:
~ Instruct you on how to safely get into poses and how to breathe correctly, teaching also some pranayama techniques.
~ Design yoga class sequences, including vinyasa and flow formats for beginner or advanced students, adapting different flows to your necessity.
~ Demonstrate postures to you and support you also in finding the right poses, helping you to avoid any injuries.
~ Guide you develop your body and mind awareness, as well as physical strength.
~ Show you how to practice yoga on your mat and also outside it.

I took the Yoga Teacher Training at URENERGY YOGA, a Yoga Alliance-Certified school, with a lineage deeply anchored in the traditional Yoga of Astanga (Vinyasa), Sivananda, and Iyengar.
