The words may, could and might are modal verbs, they go before the main verb of the phrase, for instance.
- at 4.00 pm the grocery´s may have fruit. (more possibility)
- at 4.00 pm the grocery´s could have fruit. (less...)
- at 4.00 pm the grocery´s might have fruit. (less if the speaker say stronger the modal "might")
All modal verbs remark the possibility or degrees of certainty to fulfill the result.
