In each class we will start with exploring how our body and mind feels. Based on the present emotions your practice would be designed. The idea is to learn well and pick up tools of self practice to keep growing each day.
Each class is a mix of Asana means Movement; Pranayama aka Breathwork; Mantra Chanting and Relaxing Meditation.
