Throughout my teaching career, I have created and used dynamic lesson plans designed based on the needs of individual students and their proficiency level. In my most recent position as an English teacher, I have successfully managed both general and Business English classes utilizing specific approaches. My experience also included lesson materials that I created to make the lessons more effective and fun. Together with my team we always had analytical discussions about our lesson plans and approaches, which I really like as we all had an exchange of experience.
