Enthusiastic & Qualified-experienced Spanish Teacher in Barcelona. All ages and levels taught

¡Hola! ¿Qué tal? Me llamo Toni :) I come from the vibrant city of Barcelona. I am an enthusiastic and qualified experiencied teacher with excellent communication skills. I am professional, consistent and higly-motivated. I quickly understand my students' needs and plan customised and well-paced lessons for them.

I have a BA in Teaching as well as a Certificate in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language from the International House London. I have over five years of teaching eperience in different environments. I am currently teaching Spanish in a prestigious academy for adults in Barcelona both, groups and 1 to 1 lessons. I also taught in several academies and schools in London for over 4 years.

In my lessons I use a wide variety of dynamics, sources and materials so that learning the language becomes something engaging and fun. Most of the materials are of my own (including cards with vocabulary, role plays, games, etc.) but I also use teaching methodologies such as "Aula Internacional" or "Gente". I like to work on the 4 areas of language (speaking, listening, writing and reading) but I focus on the ones that my students prefer. I am of the thinking that having fun is the base for learning.

I love travelling and meeting people from different cultures. My passion is to share the Spanish language and culture with people from all over the world and get to know theirs as well. I play Spanish guitar since I was 8 and also love to ride my bike :)
