I am a Merchant Navy Officer, I’ve been sailing on dangerous cargo ships in worldwide navigation, I could not find any English teacher who adapted to the maritime vocabulary, John has been the only one who, due to his experience at sea, has been able to understand the terminology that we use on merchant ships; he has a clear English accent, you can understand him perfectly.

It was a great experience for me to share with John one of my conference preparation, focusing on my spoken english weaknesses. John is a very kind man, willing to learn about what I had to talk about. I found him very implied on learning of my research topic, so he could suggest me daily journal articles to read and discuss.

I started taking lessons with duncan because I needed to own my certificate of Cambridge C1 and all I have to say is that I am very grateful for how much he has helped me. John is the best English conversation teacher in Burgos. I can verify that he is indeed a genuine native (unlike so many on tusclasesparticulares) and has decades of experience. He is passionate, worldly and very affable (easy to talk to).

Speaking classes were pleasant, surprising, amazing and enriching, with many interesting stories and very pure English. I´d have never said that attending English classes could be kind of pleasure rather than work.

Buena opción para practicar y mejorar tu nivel de inglés con un profesor nativo en Burgos. Se adapta si necesitas flexibilidad horaria. La experiencia me resultó muy enriquecedora ya que podíamos hablar de múltiples temas, mejorando sobretodo a nivel de speaking y listening.
