Libertad's unique style in teaching Pilates changes the atmosphere of the class and makes it much enjoyable, as if we are dancing on the floor. On one hand she is very attentive to each student, and on the other hand she sets a nice rhythm for all. Farah

Libertad seduced me to like Pilates. In the early morning on Friday and Saturday she built up her course in a natural and thorough way with a nice mix of exercises surrounded by beautiful African music. I still miss her lessons and her of course.

Libertad is the best Pilates teacher I have ever had- without exaggeration. What I loved about her class is how she makes sure you understand each move and are able to do it with focus and concentration, rather than just doing the moves mindlessly. Her classes have taught me to be much more aware of how my body moves, and how to move with control. I always look out for her classes in Cairo, and I would recommend them for anyone and everyone who wants to work out their core, improve posture, breath and balance. Highly recommended!

To describe Libertad's outstanding professional talent would be a hard task therefore I'll just point out what I believe are her greatest "work related" assets: 1) she's the most dedicated person I know when it comes to teaching and sharing her broad Pilates background. 2) She's extremely intuitive, caring, giving and open minded as a whole , but even more as a teacher 3) She's with out a doubt someone who "over" prepares, is very punctual, engages with everyone at any level in a class and for sure a very reliable staff to have by your side!! Last and certainly not least, Libertad's world revolves around MOVEMENT which makes her a beautiful avid mover and this is probably where will excel the most..making her students healthier and more efficient Pilates movers:)
