I'm an American/Spanish teacher currently living in Spain. I grew up between Denver, Co. And Madrid, Sp.
I have worked and studied in both countries. I have studied Business Administration in the USA and Law in Spain. I have worked as an English and Spanish Teacher, Export Agent, Sales, Purchase dep., and Administration dep.
As English Teacher, I focus on my student's communication needs. I adapt the lessons to my student's real needs, schedules, previous knowledge, and interests, always trying to make my lessons as interesting as entertaining.
I have many students sitting for British Council exams. I've helped many Spanish teachers achieve the English title they needed for their job. I have taken them myself to live the experience firsthand and be able to advise my students. I have worked for British Council as an Exams invigilator in Madrid.
I also have a Student exchange program with the USA, receiving American Students and taking Spanish students to the USA every year. Every Spring we receive American students aged 14-17 with a basic/advanced Spanish level and place them with a Spanish family for 3-6 days to practice their Spanish knowledge.
I take Spanish Students to the USA to live the experience of living with an American family and going to High School for 10-15 days.

Last but not least, I'm the "link" in Spain to a project by Delaware University called "Go Baby Go".This project focused on increasing mobility and quality of life solutions for children whose access to such may be limited during their early developmental years for a variety of reasons.
