Sebastian Duran

I am very passionate about teaching and learning. For me, this field is such a broadening one. No matter how many times I have taught a lesson, the whole experience is different, and this is one of the key factors why I chose this career. Every time you go into the classroom, a whole new experience comes out of it, and learning becomes bidirectional, not only from teachers to students, but the other way around as well.

Apart from teaching English, Swedish has always played a big role in my life. When I first listened to someone speaking Swedish, I fell in love with its sound, and one day, just for the sake of it, I signed up for a Beginner’s course… I would have never thought my devotion would get as far as it has got today.

Outside of work, I am really fond of literature. Reading is a pivotal activity in my life, and I could not live without it, at all.

Pursuing more studies in the field is my first priority at present. I believe there is no teaching without a constant professional self-improvement.
