La identidad de cada estudiante es un mundo diferente y para actuar adecuadamente hay que saber leerlos y comprenderlos no solo emocional y creativamente sino ayudarlos a despertar el instinto de investigar e indagar sobre sus experiencias personales para que puedan encontrar otras formas de expresión artística. Mi experiencia como artista visual, docente y emprendedora me ha permitido compartir estas experiencias con mis alumnos e introducirlos en escenarios reales dentro del mundo de la fotografía, el Arte y el Diseño. Creo firmemente que lo más importante para lograr un excelente resultado en cada alumno es enamorarlo de sus propias historias de vida y ser el detonante creativo de las mismas.
Mi metodología en clase se enfoca en crear una nueva estrategia de enseñanza mientras se desarrolla la capacidad creativa del estudiante y no convertirse en un proceso sistematizado para ellos a la hora de resolver un problema de diseño como es la creatividad. Siempre he buscado en mis alumnos estimular su capacidad de ser observadores brindándoles nuevas alternativas para resolver una situación cotidiana o proyecto académico. Los guío a desarrollar una capacidad de síntesis oportuna al tener visiones alternativas de un problema (proceso) creativo para que puedan traducir cualquier imagen y reconocer múltiples significados a partir de sus experiencias. Este método permite a mis alumnos explorar la espontaneidad por sí mismos. Mi objetivo es que el alumno llegue a lo más profundo de la imagen, utilizando el autoconocimiento y la autoestima, ejercitando tanto su razón como sus emociones.
Como educador, quiero comunicarme con todas las partes interesadas para crear un clima escolar saludable. Mi objetivo es lograr la relación y sinergia necesaria para que el éxito del colegio se vea reflejado en el desempeño y bienestar de los alumnos. Estoy seguro de que contribuiré a hacer del mundo un lugar mejor con estas ideas en mente. Mis creencias han sido formadas por las lecciones de grandes mentores y educadores que me han dado la bienvenida a lo largo de su camino (ex supervisores, maestros, compañeros de equipo, padres y estudiantes). Además, mis experiencias en varias universidades de arte y diseño en los Estados Unidos me han abierto la mente para buscar un crecimiento continuo con el personal y los estudiantes de mi escuela a través de un estilo de enseñanza situacional, estratégico y creativo.

The identity of each student is a different world and in order to act appropriately, one must know how to read and understand them not only emotionally and creatively but also help them awaken the instinct to investigate and inquire about their personal experiences so that they can find other forms of artistic expression. My experience as a visual artist, teacher, and entrepreneur has allowed me to share these experiences with my students and introduce them to real scenarios within the world of photography, Art, and Design. I firmly believe that the most important thing to achieve an excellent result for each student is to make them fall in love with their own life stories and to be the creative trigger for them.
My methodology in class focuses on creating a new teaching strategy while developing the student's creative capacity and not becoming a systematized process for them when solving a design problem such as creativity. I have always sought in my students to stimulate their ability to be observers by providing them with new alternatives to solve a daily situation or academic project. I guide them to develop a capacity for timely synthesis by having alternative visions of a creative problem (process) so that they can translate any image and recognize multiple meanings from their experiences. This method allows my students to explore spontaneity by themselves. My goal is for the student to reach the depths of the image, using self-knowledge and self-esteem, exercising both their reason and their emotions.
As an educator, I want to communicate with all stakeholders to create a healthy school climate. My goal is to achieve the necessary relationship and synergy so that the success of the school is reflected in the performance and well-being of the students. I am sure that I will contribute to making the world a better place with these ideas in mind. My beliefs have been shaped by the lessons of great mentors and educators who have welcomed me along their path (former supervisors, teachers, teammates, parents, and students). In addition, my experiences at various art and design colleges in the United States have opened my mind to seek continued growth with my school's staff and students through a situational, strategic, and creative teaching style.
