Spanish native speaker wants to improve his conversational skills in English

I have a good level of written comprehension in English but I would like to improve my ability to hold a fluent conversation. I offer a native level of Spanish, with a wide vocabulary in the most diverse topics, good knowledge of Spanish grammar and a lot of predisposition.
