I'm a CELTA-certified American English teacher who works with adult learners at a range of levels. I have more than 15 years of experience helping English-speaking authors develop their writing and communication skills. I understand that effective learning should be practical, engaging, and connected to your goals. My lessons focus on helping you use English, not simply memorize it.

Depending on what you need, we might work on:
• General English and everyday communication
• Speaking and conversational fluency
• Grammar and vocabulary
• Pronunciation and speaking confidence
• Everyday English for travel, social situations, and daily life

I also bring 18 years of professional experience in writing, editing, and publishing. That background has given me a strong understanding of clear, effective communication and a lifelong interest in how people use language to connect with one another.
