Hi there! My name is Claire, I am full-time English teacher and I come from England. I offer online 1 on 1 English lessons for students aged 18+ with levels B1-C1.

I have been teaching since 2017 and most of my students are from Taiwan, Spain, Italy and Germany and have a B2 / C1 level of English.

During classes, I like to use authentic materials such as TED talks, newspaper and magazine articles, books and podcasts. I prefer my lessons to be fun and relaxed, but I am determined to help my students reach their goals. I set homework and offer progress tests if the students wish, and am happy to customise lessons depending on what the students need.

I lived in Taiwan for 10 years - I grew up there and went to an international school. I learnt French, German and Chinese during my school years, so I completely understand how difficult it can be to learn a new language.
