I carefully plan my lessons with clear objectives, meaningful activities, and opportunities for assessment, while also remaining flexible to adjust based on my students’ responses and needs. I believe in building strong relationships with my students, guiding not only their academic growth but also their character and social skills. As a bilingual educator, I value the power of language and encourage students to use all the languages they know to support their understanding and confidence.
