I have been an EFL teacher for 8 years. I have worked as an EFL teacher and tutor for private schools and institutions in many places around Europe, including Greece, Austria and the UK. I have also worked as a senior teacher and translator. My approach to teaching is student-oriented with a great emphasis on the use of interactive activities that engage the learners and make them use their creativity and critical thinking. I always try to make my lessons fun using games, authentic materials such as videos, pods and TEDx talks and help my learners feel comfortable and boost their confidence as speakers. As a non-native speaker myself, I know all the struggles a speaker of a foreign language might encounter and I can help them find ways to learn a foreign language to a proficient level.
