I am a dedicated sports professional with extensive experience as a basketball coach, personal trainer, PE teacher, and multi-sport coach. Over the years, I have worked with students of different ages and fitness levels, helping them develop strong athletic foundations, confidence, and discipline. My approach combines technical training, physical conditioning, and personalized guidance to ensure each student progresses safely and effectively.

As a basketball coach, I focus on essential fundamentals such as footwork, ball control, coordination, and game understanding. I design structured sessions that build skills step by step, allowing students to improve their technique while enjoying the learning process. My background as a personal trainer strengthens my ability to create customized fitness plans, adapt exercises to individual needs, and support students in achieving their physical goals.

In addition to coaching, I bring experience in performance analysis and anthropometry, which helps me evaluate athletic development with precision. This allows me to identify strengths, track progress, and adjust training programs to maximize results.
