One of my favourite things about teaching is helping students go from **“I understand Spanish but I’m too scared to speak”** to confidently having a conversation without translating everything in their head. That little moment when you suddenly realize *“wait… I’m actually speaking Spanish!”* is the best. ????

I also love teaching the Spanish you’ll actually hear in real life — expressions, little phrases, cultural references and the fun side of the language that you simply can’t learn from a textbook.
