Alicia Jiménez

Hello! My name is Alicia, and I am Spanish speaker from Madrid, where I live. My passions are music, drawing, philosophy, and literature. I also love traveling! I have been a Spanish teacher for 3 years , and I really enjoy my job as it allows me to guide people towards their goals and see them grow. I am aware of how rewarding it can be to speak a new language, and I like helping my students feel that way. I love languages (I speak English and French, and I am currently studying German) and have explored different techniques to teach them in the most effective and enjoyable way.

I´ve been working for an online platform since 2023. On this site, I have completed a training for teachers that has helped me refine my classes. This course and the experience of these past years have allowed me to become familiar with common mistakes made by students and have provided me with the tools to guide you in your learning. Additionally, I am fluent in English and French. So, if you are a beginner in Spanish and are worried about us not understanding each other, keep in mind that we can always resort to one of these languages for assistance. Nevertheless, I prefer to conduct my classes entirely in Spanish because it facilitates the immersion of the student in the language.
