Allyson Thompson

My name is Allyson Thompson and I am from the USA, however I have been living in Spain since 2012. Previously I lived in Barcelona and Bilbao, and now I have just moved to Madrid.

This past year I have been working at Chatterbox in Getxo, while there I was responsible for daily, trimester, and intensive lesson planning for both group and individual classes in addition to extensive experience with preparing students for CAE and FCE. While in Barcelona I worked at English Connection, where I had the same responsibilities in addition to experience with Proficiency and Trinity Exams (as well as FCE and CAE). Furthermore I also have previous experience working with children as young as three from a past position at Kids&Us in Barcelona.

Above all I am confident in my abilities to not only successfully help students reach their goals but also in keeping them motivated throughout their studies.
