I am an experienced education professional with over 10 years of experience working in schools, nurseries, after-school clubs, and private education in both the UK and Spain. Throughout my career, I have developed not only strong childcare and educational skills but also extensive experience in administration and communication.
Having lived and worked in the UK for nine years, I have gained a solid understanding of educational environments, safeguarding procedures, professional communication standards, and working collaboratively with families, staff, and external professionals.
In my current role at Bright Horizons as a Nursery Nurse and Room Leader, I combine educational responsibilities with organisational and administrative duties. These include maintaining children’s records and reports, completing observations and assessments, managing documentation, coordinating schedules and daily routines, communicating with parents, supervising team members, and ensuring compliance with safeguarding and operational procedures.
Alongside this, my experience as a private Spanish tutor has strengthened my ability to provide personalised support, manage appointments, maintain accurate records, and build positive relationships with children and families.
I am confident working in front-facing and administrative positions, including reception duties, managing phone and email communication, organising paperwork and reports, supporting daily operations, and delivering a professional and welcoming service.
