I graduated with a B.S. in Mathematics from Sewanee: The University of the South in the USA. While at university, I worked as a calculus tutor, helping students build confidence and develop a deeper understanding of challenging concepts. Last year, I also had the opportunity to work in Galicia as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant, where I loved working with students of different ages, backgrounds, and learning styles.

I genuinely enjoy helping students understand math rather than simply memorizing formulas or steps. If something isn’t making sense, I love finding a new way to explain it and figuring out what approach works best for each student. My goal is to create a relaxed and supportive environment where you feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and working through challenges.
