During my years of experience teaching and working with students I´ve faced a large diversity of levels and ages. Being responsible for and creative with toddlers and elementary school kids has increased my initiative, and ability to give a dynamic class.
I´ve taught diverse groups, from teenagers, to business English students, and even to adults at a beginner level. With all of this, I´ve found kindness, fun, communication, practice and creating a community to be key in the development of my students’ language skills. I try to give the students the pieces, parts and maps needed, to explain to them what they have to learn until they can figure it out by themselves. Encouraging
them to become the creators and builders of their own ideas. A private, an online and classroom teacher of up to 15 students are the job positions I have fulfilled to a high standard. Almost 4 years of experience and I´ve definitely enjoyed them all. It´s worth a mention that like all teachers we also learn about the world, our profession and ourselves.
