I have taught multi-lingual classes in the UK (Wimbledon School of English, London) and at Academies and Schools across Spain (International School of Tourism in the Canaries, Audio-studio learning centre, The English Centre both in Tenerife, and the Language Institute in the Balearics).

Teaching and coaching other non-native teachers of English, helping them with their University coursework, their 'class preparation', and their 'teaching methods'.

Previous students include professionals such as Lawyers (contractual / business English/Spanish), Doctors / Specialists (cardiologists, physiotherapists, oncologists), Businessmen and women, (bank managers, executives, helping them with for example presentation of business plans) a group of Air Traffic Controllers, a Casino & Hotel manager, a footballer's agent, and a famous singer / song-writer!

I am so happy to still be in contact with the majority of my students, and have taught students who have later gone on to become teachers of English themselves! Something which brings me great satisfaction.

My aim and passion, apart from coaching and helping students to learn as much as possible, is to make my lessons interesting, fun, and enjoyable; It is also very important for me to see that my students feel at ease as well as that they are improving.

Grading down the language you are learning, to be able to communicate easily and with great clarity, is an important skill in this job, which I have worked on extremely hard, and have mastered over the years.

I have had my own Academy in Spain, employing 4 teachers, and I have worked as an interpreter and translator on many occasions in various fields, including simultaneous translation. For the last decade, I have been working as an artist, painting and exhibiting my works. For this reason, I turned to private tuition online, the majority of which is 'one to one', or small groups:
I also teach from home, or can go to my students' homes if that is logistically possible.
