In my normal classes, I ask about their day and what keeps them motivated to keep learning English. We do a little bit of ice-breakers for 5 minutes or less. Then, we start the lesson. For young learners, I give 10-minutes motivational games activity at the end of class. For teens and adults, I give writing exercises and speaking exercises at the end of class.
