My name is Fondo Ricardo Gujamo, and I am a dedicated English Language teacher with a Bachelor's Degree in English Language Teaching. I am passionate about helping students develop their English skills and achieve their academic, professional, and personal goals. Over the years, I have worked with learners from different educational backgrounds and proficiency levels, which has enabled me to understand the unique needs of each student and adapt my teaching accordingly.

My teaching philosophy is based on the belief that language is best learned through meaningful communication and active participation. For this reason, I employ modern, learner-centered methodologies that promote engagement, critical thinking, and real-life language use. Among the approaches I use are Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) and Task-Based Language Teaching (TBLT), both of which encourage students to use English in authentic situations rather than simply memorizing rules and vocabulary.

Through the Communicative Language Teaching approach, students are encouraged to interact, express opinions, solve problems, and develop confidence in speaking English. Meanwhile, Task-Based Language Teaching allows learners to complete meaningful tasks such as discussions, presentations, role-plays, projects, and problem-solving activities, helping them acquire language naturally while focusing on communication and practical outcomes.

My classes are dynamic, interactive, and carefully planned to meet the specific goals of each learner. I integrate a variety of teaching resources, including authentic texts, videos, audio materials, online tools, games, discussions, and collaborative activities. These resources help create an enjoyable and motivating learning environment where students can actively participate and make consistent progress.

I provide support in all key language skills: speaking, listening, reading, and writing. In addition, I help students improve grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, and overall communication competence. Whether you are preparing for school examinations, university studies, international English examinations such as Cambridge English qualifications, professional communication, job interviews, or simply wish to improve your English for personal growth, I am committed to guiding you throughout your learning journey.

One of my greatest strengths as a teacher is my ability to adapt lessons to individual learning styles and needs. My aim is not only to teach English but also to inspire confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.
