My six years of continuous experience as an online ESL educator have equipped me with advanced pedagogical skills and a deep understanding of the virtual learning environment, allowing me to consistently deliver high-quality, impactful classes. I have taught students of all ages, from kids to busy adults, at many different levels over the past six years. I hold 160 hour TEFL certificate. I am really comfortable using the online classroom tools, like screen-sharing and drawing on the board, to make classes fun and easy to follow. I am great at changing my plans quickly during a lesson if a student is finding something too hard or too easy. I always make sure the pace is just right for them. My biggest skill is making students feel relaxed and excited to speak English, even when they make mistakes!
