I am Johana, I worked in Finanza in JP Morgan for 7 years and I moved to Europe to work in Data, I have a strong foundation in data science, project management, and emerging technologies, I am eager to contribute to your team while gaining invaluable hands-on experience.
I bring a robust background in computer science and data analytics, complemented by practical experience in exploratory data analysis, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP). During my master's studies at La Salle BCN, I have honed my technical and analytical skills while exploring the intersection of technology and healthcare. My thesis, focused on Sentiment Analysis models, enhanced my understanding of AI implementation and fine-tuning, preparing me to address complex challenges in real-world applications.
In my previous role at Allianz, I worked extensively on ETL automations using Python, leveraging Power BI for effective data visualization. These experiences strengthened my ability to integrate AI-powered features into existing systems, aligning well with your expectations for enhancing workflow orchestration and improving system performance. Additionally, my familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools ensures adherence to best practices in software development lifecycle management.
Beyond technical expertise, I value collaboration and adaptability, qualities I demonstrated as a leader of the Algorithmics Club at La Salle and as a finalist in the HealthTech2030 Hackathon, where my team developed a voice bot prototype to improve ICU communication.
