As a certified QUAN DAO Kung Fu teacher, Heart Circle trainer and qualified art therapist and educator and mother of three Brown Up children, healthcoach I offer a holistic approach to martial arts that connects physical training with awareness, creativity and inner development.
My sessions combine the Twelve Fundamental Exercises of Power with the Seven Animals, martial arts techniques, breathwork, meditation, strength training, stretching and mobility. We usually begin with gentle movement and grounding, progress into focused exercises and technique, and finish with a moment of stillness or a Heart Circle practice.
Embodiment is central to my teaching: allowing what we understand intellectually to become something we can feel and express through the body. By exploring posture, movement, breath and attention, we bring thoughts, intentions and actions into greater harmony.
I guide you step by step, combining clear demonstrations with individual feedback and space to explore at your own pace. Each session is adapted to your experience, physical abilities and personal goals, whether you are a beginner or wish to deepen your martial arts practice.
My intention is to help you develop strength, flexibility, coordination and confidence while cultivating a grounded, open and attentive presence. QUAN DAO — “The Way to the Source” — offers a practice through which you can connect more deeply with yourself and bring that awareness into everyday life.
