I am a qualified Sports Therapist and Personal Trainer offering both group classes and individual training sessions in Madrid. With a strong background in musculoskeletal assessment, corrective exercise, and evidence-based programming, I help clients improve strength, mobility, and overall wellbeing in a safe, structured, and progressive way. My approach combines clinical knowledge with practical coaching experience, allowing me to design sessions that are both effective and enjoyable.

I hold a BSc in Sports Therapy and am currently completing my MSc in Sport & Exercise Physiotherapy at Universidad Europea de Madrid. This advanced training gives me a deeper understanding of human movement, injury mechanisms, rehabilitation principles, and long-term athletic development. As a result, I am able to create personalised programmes that not only improve fitness but also reduce injury risk and support clients with previous or ongoing physical limitations.

My coaching style is clear, motivating, and supportive. I focus on teaching proper technique, building confidence, and helping each client progress at a pace that suits their goals and abilities. Whether working with beginners, returning exercisers, or individuals looking to enhance performance, I aim to create an environment where every client feels guided, encouraged, and capable of achieving meaningful results.

I offer strength training, mobility work, functional fitness, injury-aware programming, and tailored sessions designed to improve overall health and physical performance. I work with people of all ages and activity levels — from complete beginners to older adults and experienced athletes. My goal is to help clients move better, feel stronger, and build long-lasting habits that support a healthier, more active lifestyle.
