Thank you for contacting me about this opportunity — it sounds great and it is exactly what I am looking for.

I am a Spanish native speaker as I am Argentinian, born in Buenos Aires and lived there for about 30 years.

As you may have seen on my resume, I have 15+ years experience in customer service, teaching guitar among other activities.

I am currently working hard to get the IELTS qualifications. Furthermore I spend nearly six years speaking a wide variety of engaging subjects while working at MBE store in Chelsea, London, where I worked estimating shippings of expensive artwork to all around the globe.

In addition, I am also fluent in Italian as I lived two years in Italy and later I worked at an Italian Restaurant, situated in London Bridge.

In regards to advanced active listening, engagement, confidence, adaptability and empathy I can also say that, since I am also a musician and I have 10+ years of teaching music, either one-on-one or group situations, I am very good at developing these skills.
