Sigo el programa 3 P - Presente, Práctica, Producción.
Por ejemplo, si estuviera enseñando el tiempo presente perfecto a un estudiante, lo enseñaría de la siguiente manera:

Presentación: escribo la conjugación del verbo 'tener' en la pizarra. Les explico a los estudiantes que el tiempo presente perfecto es siempre una combinación del verbo 'tener' y un participio pasado, por ejemplo "ella ha permitido". Les enseño que las terminaciones verbales regulares son '-ed'. Todavía no enumero los participios pasados ??irregulares ya que solo confundirían al estudiante. Enseño los participios pasados ??irregulares en la próxima clase o hacia el final de esta clase si tengo tiempo. Escribo algunos ejemplos en la pizarra y me aseguro de que el alumno lo entienda.

Práctica: le doy al alumno una hoja de versiones simples en tiempo pasado de un verbo y le pido que las transforme en presente perfecto. Les digo que no apuren este ejercicio. Le pregunto al estudiante si necesita ayuda y si el estudiante necesita ayuda, les ayudo tanto como puedo sin darles la respuesta real.

Producción- Le pido al alumno que escriba sobre su fin de semana en presente perfecto. Recojo la hoja al final de la clase y la corrijo en mi tiempo libre. En la próxima clase, devuelvo las hojas calificadas y señalo los errores que el estudiante pudo haber cometido.

Mi función principal es entrenar y facilitar el aprendizaje de los estudiantes y la comprensión general del material, y medir el aprendizaje de los estudiantes a través de formas de evaluación formales e informales, como proyectos, carteras de estudiantes y participación en clase. La enseñanza y la evaluación están conectadas porque el aprendizaje del alumno se mide continuamente durante la instrucción del maestro.
Además, a menudo también creo un entorno de aprendizaje kinestésico. En este entorno, los estudiantes realizan actividades físicas en lugar de escuchar conferencias o ver demostraciones. Las experiencias prácticas, el dibujo, los juegos de roles, la construcción y el uso del drama y los deportes son ejemplos de actividades de aula kinestésicas

For example, if I was teaching the present perfect tense to a student, I would teach it as follows:

Presentation- I write the conjugation of the 'have' verb on the board. Practice- i give the student a sheet of simple past tense versions of a verb and ask them to transform them into the present perfect tense. I tell them not to rush this exercise. I ask the student if they need help and if the student needs help, I help them as much as I can without giving them the actual answer.

Production- I ask the student to write about their weekend in the present perfect tense. I collect the sheet at the end of the class and I correct it in my free time. In the next class, I return the graded sheets and I point out the mistakes that the student may have made.

My primary role is to coach and facilitate student learning and overall comprehension of material, and to measure student learning through both formal and informal forms of assessment, like projects, student portfolios, and class participation. The teaching and assessment are connected because student learning is continuously measured during teacher instruction.
Furthermore, I often create a kinesthetic learning environment also. In this environment, students perform physical activities rather than listen to lectures or watch demonstrations. Hands-on experiences, drawing, role-play, building, and the use of drama and sports are all examples of kinesthetic classroom activities.
