For the young kids, it's all about engagement and keeping it fun. Games are key to keep them interested in whatever topic. For the older folks, I noticed that real life conversation about interesting, random and even totally weird topics keeps you wanting to talk more or at least enjoy the session while learning some new vocab. We can also keep it professional as well depending on the needs.
