I firmly believe in transformative power of communications: soft skills, and the ripple effect it creates within communities. My teaching philosophy is embedded in tailoring or customize my approach to meet each learner's unique needs and aspirations. Since, my learners' are spread across this wide landscape, which is both linguistically and culturally rich and diverse. Hence, the ability to adapt ensures inclusivity and impactful learning. The principle of relativity comes into effect.

The power of multiple P's : Planning - design effective session plan. Preparedness - key factors in session preparedness and being resourceful. Pace- inspiring students to manage time. Encourage active learning with role-plays, JAM sessions, pocket-friendly discussions, emotion-word chain, mind-maps, flipped classrooms, project-based learning, debate, impromptu speech, podcasts, group work, the power of 3R's ( retell, Relate, Reflect): narrate an incident in this format. All these mentioned tools, maximize greater and impactful student learning while fostering creativity and collaboration.
In my classrooms, I truly rely on these basic ethics for all learners : R- relate, E-engage, A-applaud,
D- develop the skills.
