The power of multiple P's : Planning - design effective session plan. Preparedness - key factors in session preparedness and being resourceful. Pace- inspiring students to manage time. Encourage active learning with role-plays, JAM sessions, pocket-friendly discussions, emotion-word chain, mind-maps, flipped classrooms, project-based learning, debate, impromptu speech, podcasts, group work, the power of 3R's ( retell, Relate, Reflect): narrate an incident in this format. All these mentioned tools, maximize greater and impactful student learning while fostering creativity and collaboration.
