I teach students of different ages and levels, children and adults, from beginner to advanced, both offline and on-line. For my online classes I use mostly Skype and Zoom. My main approach in teaching is to involve the students' emotions into the process of teaching, keep them inspired and motivated and encourage them to speak and to express their own opinion on different aspects, starting from the low levels. One of my own methods is to suggest provocative topics for discussion, which enables the students to forget and overcome the psychological barrier and makes them willing to express their point of view. That's what makes the students speak. The activities I use include studying to the course book, grammar rules, home reading and retelling, including discussions, audio listening and video watching, songs singing.
