Hello! I’m Mónica Flórez, a Spanish teacher from Medellín, Colombia, and I have been teaching Spanish to foreigners for 23 years. My teaching style combines academic expertise, authentic cultural immersion, and personalized guidance to help students develop confidence and fluency in Spanish.

As an official DELE examiner and a PhD in Ibero-American Literature, I bring more than 20 years of experience teaching Spanish to international students and training future Spanish teachers at the university level. My classes are designed for learners who want not only to improve grammar and communication skills, but also to understand the cultural richness behind the language.

I believe language learning should be meaningful, engaging, and adapted to each student’s goals and interests.
