Hello everyone!
I have been teaching English for 25 years: private classes and private educational centres, exam preparation ( FCE, IELTS, CAE) and conversational practise. Some of my students became teachers of English in Russia, others moved to the UK or Canada , I trained them to pass IELTS with a sufficient score . I am knowledgeable in arts and science, history and history of arts, I recommend my students to watch good British films and Youtube videos and we discuss them in English during classes.
In 2014 I went to a teacher training in BKC-international house to get my TKT certificates (teaching knowledge tests, 3 modules). My methodolody includes lexical approach, communicative approach, basic grammar, I help my students to develop all the four skills: reading, listening, speaking and writing (if necessary) paying particular attention to listening and speaking.
My favourite coursebooks are Family and Friends (for young learners), Headway, English FIle.
