My lessons are built around one simple principle: communication first. Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to polish your professional English, I design each lesson around your specific goals, pace, and learning style — no one-size-fits-all textbooks.
What to expect in my classes:
With a background in teaching Financial English, Business Communication, and Intercultural Communication at university level, I am equally comfortable helping students with everyday conversation, business writing, academic English, or exam preparation. Lessons typically combine short input (vocabulary, grammar, or a reading text), followed by plenty of speaking and writing practice so that new language becomes natural and usable.
My approach:
I believe the best way to learn a language is to use it from day one. I encourage students to speak even when they make mistakes — because mistakes are how we learn. I provide clear, constructive feedback without making the classroom feel like a test. Lessons are relaxed, structured, and always purposeful.
About me:
I hold an MSc in Business Finance and Economics from the University of Sheffield (UK) and spent three years as a full-time lecturer in China teaching entirely in English. I am currently a doctoral student at the University of Zaragoza. As a non-native speaker myself, I understand first-hand the effort and courage it takes to learn a new language — and that makes me a more patient and empathetic teacher.
