Raquel Ochoa

Hello there! I’m Raquel, and I’m a graduate in Primary School Education with a major in English. Languages have always been a passion of mine, and I find it fascinating how confidence can have such a strong influence on language learning.

My lessons are dynamic, practical, and tailored to each student’s level and goals. I focus on communication and confidence, using a mix of speaking, grammar, vocabulary, reading, and interactive activities so that students can learn in an engaging way. I adapt the lesson format to what works best for each learner, combining structure with flexibility to keep classes useful and enjoyable.
I have experience teaching and supporting learners in different educational contexts, from primary education to adults, and I also value creative, communicative methods such as storytelling, role-play, discussion, and task-based activities. My aim is to create a friendly and supportive environment where students feel comfortable participating, asking questions, and making real progress.
I have prepared students for A-level exams in Spain, and I have also given conversation lessons to adult students who wanted to improve their fluency and feel more comfortable using the language, both in English and Spanish.
