This letter is to note the contribution made by Ricardo Daniel Da Silva in his leadership of a group of students on our Junior English language Summer School and Immersion Stay Programmes. Ricardo was responsible for 20 students from the Teacher Idiomas School in Vitoria, Basque Country, Spain. The group arrived on 30/07/2011 and stayed with us for 4 weeks until 28/07/2011.
Ricardo was an energetic leader who related well to the students, staff and colleagues. He was capable of working with and influencing student behaviour. On occasions he ably substituted on our leisure programme taking the students through basic self defence movements.
He quickly gained the respect of the students and he engaged actively in all our staff/leader meetings.
From his time with us, I would recommend his for similar positions in the future.
