As an English teacher I develop students written and verbal communication abilities, reading and listening,critical thinking

The most important skills for an English teacher are the ability to effectively communicate with students, the ability to foster a love of learning in students, and the ability to manage a classroom.There are a few challenges that come to mind when teaching English. One is making sure that all students have a firm grasp of the basics, such as grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Another challenge is helping students become confident and proficient in their writing skills. My biggest motivation is the success of my students. The moment I notice an improvement in their scores, I get motivated to put in more effort and ensure every student performs well. I also target to ensure all my students succeed and become better people in society. Additionally, it can be difficult to keep students engaged and motivated in their learning, especially if they are struggling with the material. I enjoy the opportunity to work with students from a variety of cultural backgrounds and learn about their different perspectives on the world.
