My lessons are practical, dynamic, and tailored to how each individual learns best. I combine psychoeducation about ADHD and neurodivergent brains with hands-on strategies, movement-based learning, and simple, practical tools that can be immediately applied in everyday life. The focus is not only on understanding how the brain works, but also on turning that understanding into workable routines, structure, and skills that support real change.
Each session is interactive and varied, with a balance of explanation, reflection, and active exercises. Movement is an important part of my method, as it helps support attention, regulation, and the processing of information in a more natural and accessible way. The lessons are designed to be engaging, supportive, and adaptable, so that each person can learn in a way that fits their needs and strengths.
I bring over 20 years of experience working with children, teenagers, and adults with ADHD and autism, as well as extensive experience in coaching and delivering training programs. This background has shaped a calm, flexible, and person-centered approach, where trust, understanding, and connection are key. I aim to create a learning environment that feels safe, encouraging, and motivating, where progress can happen step by step in a sustainable way.
