As a graduate of the University of Barcelona with a Diploma in Human Resources and a graduate of the Institute Cervantes as a Spanish teacher.
Through my academic studies, I developed communication skills, customer service abilities, languages, an eye for detail, and an ability to deal with the public. Additionally, my sports and recreation activities have taught me the importance of teamwork and the benefits of relating positively to others.
Over the last ten years, I worked for a company in Spain. I was in the administration department and served all internal staff and external customers. I was responsible for budgeting and client acquisition offers, billing and delinquencies management, payments control (inventories and staff costs), collaboration in sales campaigns, and preparation of work contracts.
I was a Customer Service Representative at the Economists Society in Barcelona where I worked in the Human Resources department, preparing legal documents for public administration. From both my work experience and extensive traveling, I can offer excellent skills, proficiency with the usage of computers and office productivity suites, the ability to work effectively under pressure, flexibility as well as commitment, a strong sense of teamwork, a desire to succeed, and a positive attitude to hard work.
I was a Spanish teacher in different academies in the north of Sapin where I worked teaching (Levels A1, A2, B1, and B2 of the European Language Reference Framework)
