Teodora

Hello! I’m Teodora, and I am currently studying a Master’s degree in Music Therapy at ESMUC in Barcelona. I am passionate about using music as a tool to support wellbeing, self-expression, creativity, and personal development. I also teach English and enjoy helping students develop their language skills in a supportive and engaging way.

My classes are adapted to each person’s needs, interests, and goals. In music sessions, we can explore music through activities involving improvisation, rhythm, voice, movement, musical listening, and different instruments. No previous musical experience is required. The focus is on creating a comfortable and welcoming space where each person can express themselves through music.

For English lessons, I adapt the classes to the student’s level and objectives, whether they want to improve their speaking, vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, or overall confidence in English. I aim to make lessons interactive, practical, and enjoyable.

I have a background in Psychology and Neuroscience, as well as several years of experience with music, including violin, piano, ukulele, and singing. I also have a Cambridge C1 Advanced qualification in English and experience teaching English to children and young learners.

I am particularly interested in working with children and teenagers, as well as with anyone who would like to explore music or improve their English in a supportive environment.

Each session is personalised, dynamic, and adapted to the individual. My goal is to make learning accessible and enjoyable while creating a positive space for exploration, confidence, and self-expression.
