I'm a progress focused teacher, and does a learner-centered approach in teaching. I always value seeing improvements from time to time as it is my way to assess and evaluate the students capability with the English language. All facets of English will be practice with me, from listening, comprehension, grammar, and especially speaking. Your fluency will be monitored, and confidence level will be practiced too. I don't focus on one aspect only as to make sure that that the learning progress will become better one step at a time. Pronunciation will be observed as well, including the patterns of how you construct your sentences. Evaluations and assessment will be given for the students to know if they have developed well or not. Assessment before the formal lesson will be done to see the students level and performance, and to ensure what type of lessons are suited for the age and pre-knowledge the student has. Another assessment will be conducted prior to the lessons to see if the students understood it well. I don't move from one topic to another if the students didn't understand. Usually, I do fast paced teaching, but depending on the level, I do adjust to ensure the students are well equipped. Most of the time, I do ask probing questions in order for the students to really engage during the class.

I am confident with my skill that I can help whoever is in need to polish their English Language. I have seen positive results and been receiving positive feedbacks both from students and parents so I can totally guarantee the efficacy of the students learning.
