I find satisfaction in my job as a teacher by seeing my students progress and develop to achieve the goals that they need in the English language in their own real life circumstances. Whether that's passing a certain Cambridge examination in order to go study abroad or to feel more confident in a new job that requires a confident level of written and spoken English, or even perhaps because they're marrying into an English or American family and want to feel closer to their new family.
