I design games and role-plays based on their age, interests, and even gender. The most important thing for me is that children enjoy the class and build happy memories with English.

I design games and role-plays based on their age, interests, and even gender. The most important thing for me is that children enjoy the class and build happy memories with English.
For adults: I first listen to their goals and preferences. Then I create a personalised plan not the same for everyone. I adjust my teaching method and their study plan based on their learning pace and how ready they feel mentally. I try to create a friendly space where the learner is the main character. I act as a guide, giving feedback and helping them improve step by step.
I don't believe one fixed method works for everyone. Each person learns differently, and I try to respect that.
