For the past 3 months I've had the pleasure of working with Adriana, who not only demonstrated a clear pedagogical method, but also exhibited a remarkable willingness to adjust her lesson plans in the moment to suit my immediate needs and answer my questions.
From the outset, it was clear that Adriana has a well-structured and systematic approach to teaching Spanish. She emphasizes the importance of grammar and vocabulary (highlighting differences between "Latin American Spanish" and "Spain Spanish"), while also providing "cultural coaching" for a newcomer to Barcelona. She incorporated a range of interactive activities and real-world scenarios to help me apply what I was learning in practical personal, and professional, situations.
She was incredibly flexible in her schedule, mixing Zoom classes with in-person instruction at local cafes and restaurants, as well.
