Alan is very patient when teaching and correcting you. I found having conversations about real topics very helpful to improve and extend my Spanish vocabulary. I enjoyed the enthusiasm and energy he brings to teaching because it makes it more fun to learn. As a native Spanish speaker of course he is very knowledgeable but he also impressed me with his knowledge of subtle differences between the different uses of Spanish is different countries.
