English language teacher, I have more than thirteen years experience

I am an experienced and passionate tutor with a strong background in primary education and ESL, currently teaching at El Gouna International School. I work with children and adults, supporting learners to build confidence, strong foundations, and a genuine love of learning.

I specialise in early years and primary tutoring, particularly reading, phonics, spelling, writing, and comprehension. My sessions are structured, engaging, and tailored to each child’s needs, ensuring steady progress while keeping learning enjoyable and stress-free.

Alongside primary tutoring, I also support ESL learners and adults, including English for business, workplace communication, and specialist fields such as pharmaceuticals. Lessons focus on practical language, clear explanations, and real-life application.

I take a calm, encouraging, and student-centred approach, creating a safe environment where learners feel supported and motivated. I adapt my teaching style to suit different learning styles and abilities, working closely with parents to ensure consistent progress.

I carefully assess each learner’s starting point and set clear, achievable goals, using regular feedback and targeted practice to support improvement. I also provide resources and guidance for continued learning between sessions, helping students develop independence and consistency. My aim is not only academic success, but also confidence, resilience, and a positive attitude towards learning that lasts beyond our tutoring sessions.
